During 2022, the adoption that Bitcoin has had around the world has been quite remarkable. One of its most recent use cases was during the sale of a real estate; exactly, we are referring to a house that was sold for a total of 3 BTC in Portugal.

In the house purchase agreement, the real estate explained that the payment will not be the equivalent in euros, but it must be 3 BTC exactly; this is equivalent to a little more than 98 thousand euros; although during the negotiation, on May 5, it was about 110 thousand euros.
It should be noted that during the signing of the deed of the house that was sold for 3 BTC, a number of witnesses were present; both representatives of the Zome real estate, as well as other characters, either Notaries, partners, or others.
One of them talked about how it all started, mentioning that the real estate company was doing an advertising campaign on Facebook; the post explains that the company is “in the front line” in everything related to the adoption of cryptocurrencies and Web 3.0.

Order of Notaries of Portugal develops new guidelines for the purchase of goods with cryptocurrencies
